Rabia Nassereddine is an experienced and trusted construction professional with over 20 years in the industry. He leads our commercial projects with a hands-on, collaborative approach, drawing on his technical knowledge and Tier 1 background to guide teams to deliver great outcomes for clients.

Rabia Nassereddine brings a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects across a range of sectors. His technical expertise, combined with a practical and solutions-focused approach to construction management, has consistently driven successful outcomes for clients and projects alike.

As Director of Collaborate Project Management, Rabia leads with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and quality delivery. His extensive experience enables him to navigate all phases of project delivery—from early concept and design through to construction and handover—ensuring that each project is managed with precision and transparency.

Rabia holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics (Honours) from the University of South Australia and is a licensed Building Work Contractor and Supervisor for Commercial Building Work. His formal qualifications support a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to project governance and risk management.

Recognised for his strategic leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, Rabia is committed to achieving high-performing, value-driven outcomes. His collaborative ethos and technical insight continue to shape projects across South Australia’s built environment.
